Social Nights
Join Pedal Power members on the third Tuesday of each month for a relaxed evening of food chats and a bike-related talk.
Gatherings are held at the Southern Cross Club in Woden. They start at 6pm for dinner followed by the talk at 7:30pm in the Rainbow Room. The event is usually finished by 9:30pm.

Cycle Touring in WA – with Matthew King

Southern Cross Club, Woden
Join us for a special evening with long-time Pedal Power member Matthew King as he takes us on a two-wheeled journey through Western Australia’s scenic south west.
Matthew will share his experiences of touring with the Cycle Touring Association of WA (CTA), including their iconic annual tour – a tradition he's ridden four times. His talk will offer a nostalgic look at the early days of CTA in the 1970s, as well as a personal account of preparing for the club’s 40th anniversary 14-day self-supported tour in 2014 – all while recovering from hip surgery!
Expect tips on gear (what works and what doesn’t), stories from the saddle, and plenty of inspiration for your next cycling adventure.
